I’m old
That’s what I’m feeling right now as I get ready to leave to go to my sister’s house for my nephew’s graduation party/excuse for the parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles & cousins to get together and drink until 3:00am.
I remember the day he was born…racing to the hospital to hold my very first nephew.
And now he is heading for college in the Fall.
I’m old….need Yeungling and massive quantities of wine to feel younger today. Unfortunately, I am sure that I will feel every bit of my age 12-hours-post-Yeungling-and-massive-quantities-of-wine.
See you tomorrow night! (but look on the bright side…if a certain one of my sisters neighbors is at the party, it should make some for interesting blog fodder!)

If you’re old – I am still older. But I simply do.not.care. I refuse to believe it – I am still just me. I actually on any given day can’t even remember how old I am without really thinking hard. You need to not care Min – it is just a number. Means nothing. Just be you. And be grateful. That’s all you need.
